Online Shopping
Our store uses a shopping-cart system. You can add items to buy them, modify
your shopping cart to remove items or change quantities, and finally proceed
to checkout. Our exclusive order entry system allows us to process orders
promptly.

Typographical Errors
While we make every effort to ensure the products information and pricing
on our website is accurate and current, there may be instances where inaccurate
or incomplete data is displayed. In the event that item data is incorrect,
such as listed with an incorrect price, availability, or with incorrect
information, TVI Electronics shall have the right, at our sole discretion,
to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event an item
is mispriced, TVI Electronics, at our sole discretion, will do one of the
following:
a) If an item is priced lower then the displayed price, you will be charged
the lower amount and we will ship the item.
b) If an item is priced higher than the stated amount, we will either contact
you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
If we cancel your order after your payment has been processed, we will issue
you a full refund.
We reserve the right to correct and/or update the content on our website
at anytime without notice.

Backorders
We take every effort to ensure adequate stock at TVI Electronics, but there
is always a possibility that an item you requested is not in stock at the
time you make your purchase. All stock items are subject to prior sale and
will be confirmed at time order is placed. "In Stock" items cannot be canceled
after order completion.
TVI Electronics will accept orders for "Out of stock" items. If an item
in your order is not in stock, it will be placed on backorder and shipped
to you when it becomes available. You will be charged for items on backorder
at the time you place your order. If you do not want to be charged for backordered
items, please indicate that in the Customer's Comments box during checkout.
In this case we will not be able to ship backordered items before you pay
your order in full. Shipping charges are non-refundable. A backorder may
be canceled at any time prior to shipping.

Lead Time
The lead (production) time of a product largely depends on the quantity
you are ordering and if a product is in stock. Production times are not
guaranteed and offer an estimate. The initial product details page of your
selected product gives the estimated lead time to acquire the product. Your
Sales Consultant can assist you with production time expectations. As a
guide allow 2-3 weeks for smaller quantities of product. If any further
delays are anticipated, you will be notified via e-mail or phone. Please
note the estimated production time does not include the delivery transit
times.

Minimum Order Quantity
You will notice that some of our products have a minimum order quantity.
This is the minimum quantity that must be purchased for that particular
product. Products with a minimum order quantity suit customers who purchase
large quantities in a single order to gain a price advantage. The minimum
order quantity is specified when viewing the details of a selected product.

Order Cancellation
Any order submitted through this website, if in stock, will ship the same
day and, therefore, may be cancelled prior 4:00 PM Central Time. You MUST
use our
Order
Cancellation Form or call us to cancel your order. Cancelling an
order via e-mail will just get you an e-mail instructing you to use the
Order Cancellation Form. This is not to hassle you at all, but we must have
specific information for cancellations and refunds.
If the item is not in stock, the order may be cancelled prior the shipping
date by submitting
Order
Cancellation Form. $25 cancellation fee will be applied to your
credit card.
A Cancellation Charge of $20 will be applied to orders that have been cancelled
24 hours after the order has been placed and processed. This charge may
be waived on the conditions of the order and assessment by management. This
charge exists to cover order processing and packaging costs incurred.
Refunds will be issued according to the original method of payment. Credit
card orders will be credited to the original credit card, PayPal to the
originating PayPal address ONLY. Please note that depending on your credit
card processor, it could take a week or so before your credit shows up.

Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not
signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation
of our offer to sell. TVI Electronics reserves the right to limit quantity
on any and all products. We may contact you regarding adjustments to your
order, including but not limited to tax and shipping. If any adjustments
are made to your order you will be informed via an email prior to us billing
you. The charges at checkout may not be final, pricing and availability
is subject to change without notice. TVI Electronics reserves the right
at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order
for any reason. Please be aware that all calls may be monitored and/or recorded
for quality and training purposes.
We will do everything possible to provide excellent customer service. However,
TVI Electronics reserves the right to refuse a sale or service in certain
instances. These include shipping to countries known to have high internet
fraud rates and selling to customers whose conduct or communication opens
questions of possibly high-risk transactions. All orders placed will be
thoroughly researched before shipping in accordance with the policies set
by TVI Electronics Credit and Fraud Avoidance Department. TVI Electronics
may require additional information and/or verification before accepting
and processing any order.
TVI Electronics urges you to confirm your purchase and personal information
before submitting any orders.

Methods of Payment
Orders placed through our online store are processed automatically and therefore
faster than orders placed by fax or e-mail because processing is not dependent
on our customer service center's business hours.
Please be sure to carefully fill out all personal information fields in
the order form to avoid delays in processing your order.

Credit Cards
TVI Electronics accepts all major types of credit cards. Almost 100% of
all domestic and international orders for in-stock items paid by credit
card are shipped the same day the order was placed or the very next day.
In order to track availability of purchased products, place orders, and
expedite the processing of your order in general, your order must be fully
paid at the time you place it.

Purchase Order Application
We also accept Purchase Orders and company checks. This payment method is
only for businesses and individuals who have already established a credit
account with TVI Electronics. Please read these

page. Please note that our minimum opening order for new accounts is $250.00
and the minimum for subsequent orders is $100.00. Orders that do not meet
these minimums should be on credit card.
If you desire, you may purchase with a Purchase Order by creating a Purchase
Order Credit Account with us. Once your application has been approved by
TVI Electronics, you will be able to use your credit to place your Purchase
Orders. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept purchase orders from private
customers.
After credit responsibility has been established with us, terms are net
30 days for customers in the U.S. Payment by customers in other countries
may be made through a US dollar draft drawn to the order of TVI Electronics.
Other terms may be arranged after credit responsibility has been established.
Electronic Fund Transfers (EFT) are also available. VISA, MasterCard, Discover
and American Express are accepted.

Fax Order In
If you prefer, choose "Fax Credit Card Authorization" from the payment methods
window. Print out the form and fill in all the required information. Please
be sure to carefully fill out all personal and credit card information fields
in the order form to avoid delays in processing your order. Fax the completed
form to the number printed on the form.

Other Payment Methods
If you choose a different payment option, you will receive detailed information
with your order confirmation that explains how to effect payment. Orders
are processed once payment has been received. If you do not receive an order
confirmation after you have submitted your order, please contact our customer
service.

Handling Fee
There is no minimum order requirement. However, due to the expense involved
with handling small orders, any order under $250.00 will be assessed a handling
charge of $5.00 in addition to applicable shipping charges.

Sales Tax / International
Orders
TVI Electronics only charges sales tax on orders to be delivered to addresses
within the state of Texas. You, the customer, are responsible for any and
all unpaid sales taxes. If you are a Reseller or Non-Profit organization
and are tax exempt certified, you are eligible to have your TVI Electronics
account flagged as tax exempt. So ensure your TVI Electronics account is
tax exempt before completing your next order as any order that displays
tax being charged during checkout is non-refundable.

link and filling in the required fields. For Texas Tax Exempt customers:

01-3392 (Tax Exempt
Certificate) form. You can fax this form to our Sales department at (281)

that the company name on your account exactly matches the company name that
is listed on your tax exempt certificate and that the paperwork you provide
is complete.
International orders may be subject to local import fees, customs, duty,
or additional taxes in the country of destination. TVI Electronics is not
responsible for, nor can offer any specific advice on import fees, duty,
customs, or taxes that you may have to pay when your merchandise arrives.
TVI Electronics recommends that you contact your customs import office for
more information about potential charges. TVI Electronics is not responsible
for any taxes, duty, customs fees or shipping charges on any item being
returned.

Shipping Methods
TVI Electronics ships over 99% of domestic and international orders for
in-stock items the same day we receive them or the very next day. We're
extremely proud of this record! Our exclusive order entry system allows
us to process orders quickly. We provide our customers with real-time shipping
quotes from UPS, USPS, and FedEx shipping carriers. All orders are automatically
insured against accidental loss, theft or damage during transit. Please
note that once the order has been delivered to the specified delivery address
it is no longer covered by insurance. The United States Post Office will
not provide insurance coverage options to many countries. In the event that
your order is being shipped to one of these areas, TVI Electronics assumes
no responsibility for delivery. Clients that desire their order to be sent
to such locations do so at their own risk.
On request, we can even assure overnight delivery of a customer's order
via national and international carriers. You will receive tracking information
from us as soon as your order ships so you may follow your package in transit.
Please note that delivery times may vary by several days due to weather,
mail volume, customs delays and other circumstances beyond our control.

Online Coupon Codes
You'll find our prices are competitive whether you are purchasing one item
or hundreds. Be sure to check with TVI Electronics first whenever you are
pricing a large multi-item order or an order of a single item you need in
a large quantity. Prices shown in the TVI Electronics catalog, including
normal quantity discounts, are those in effect at the time the order is
placed and are subject to change without notice. Prices charged will be
those in effect at the time of shipment, unless special terms or quotations
have been provided.
Occasionally, TVI Electronics may present offers through online Coupon Codes.
These online coupons are extremely time sensitive and are for qualifying
online orders only. In order to receive the discount, you must click on
"Click Here to Enter a Coupon!" on the online Order Summary page. After
entering the coupon code exactly as it was presented to you, click on the
"Submit Coupon" button. Then you may proceed to check out as if you were
placing a standard online order.
